Comments

Koaiʻa, often called "dwarf Koa" is a medium sized shade tree.

This tree is great for use as a focal shade tree, a windbreak hedge or as a tall backdrop setting.

Koaiʻa wood is harder than Koa and was often used to make fishing hooks and spears.

This tree was once very common along the base of the mountains in Wailuku and Lahaina.

*Use this Acacia as a "nitrogen fixer" and as a windbreak for farming.
